Account Manager
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)-preferred but not required
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible schedule
- Monday to Friday

Canvassing/Solar Region Manager
- We are looking for people who know the solar business and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
- People who are competitive and self-motivated.
- Must be able to hold interviews and hire on the spot.
- We will help recruit and build your team to cover the assigned area.
- Help people save money by owning their power instead of renting it from utility companies.
- Manage and train new reps Generate and set appointments.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to learn new techniques and best practices.
- Become an expert who understands how utility rate plans work and how to best save families money with clean energy.
- Must adhere to our high ethical standards of service to our customers, our community, and our team’s culture.
